It has been confirmed that this happens when the storage space of the device is insufficient during unzipping and writing is not possible.
After decompressing the zip, free space more than the file size of the zip file is required.
Assuming that the zip file is 1GB, make sure you have at least 1.1GB of free space before you decompress it.
Please be careful as the storage space that is several times as large as the zip file is required if text with a high compression rate is compressed.
